Shipping

The shipping time quoted in the confirmation email is an estimate of when the manufacturer will be shipping out the order. Please be aware that this time frame is an estimate from the designer. Due to various processes in manufacturing your gown, manufacturers do not guarantee their delivery dates. Ship dates are estimates and can change. Most orders arrive on or before their approximate ship date. Once in awhile there may be a slight delay in production. This is uncommon and usually does not exceed more than a few weeks.

Keepsakes Bridal cannot take responsibility for the status of any of our designer's collections. The designers alone determine which of their styles will be available and which styles will be discontinued from production. They reserve the right to change any style, color option, and order availability at any time. Our website is updated upon the manufacturer's notification.

Please remember that all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Under no circumstances can Keepsakes Bridal allow any exchanges or refunds on orders placed.
